The John Glenn Institute for Public Service and Public Policy: The John Glenn Institute for Public Service and Public Policy is a nonpartisan, interdisciplinary unit of The Ohio State University, reporting directly to the Provost’s Office. The Institute has three related missions:

· to promote civic engagement among citizens of all ages,
· to enhance the quality of public service, and
· to create and disseminate the highest quality policy research.

Senator and Mrs. Glenn are actively involved in the Institute’s programs. Deborah Merritt, the John Deaver Drinko/Baker & Hostetler Chair in Law at the Moritz College of Law directs the program.
